In episode 166 we discussed a number of holiday recipes that use beer as a key ingredient. Denny decides to try out the Holiday Ale Cookie recipe and does a step-by-step video showing the process and adding his insight. These cookies are very tasty, with Christmas flavors of nutmeg, allspice, clove and orange peel. They are not overly sweet, nor are they too dry. Frost them if you want, but not necessary. Kris, Megan and Joel sit down over a couple of beers at the Fermented Reality Biergarten in downtown Tampa, FL. This is our very first episode of Day Drinkin' at the BIergarten. After testing our equipment before the show, we moved the setup for a better spot. Once we did that, we didn't think to check the sound again, and.....well, there was none. Hop Fields and Processing Plant Tour

Visit hop fields and hop processing plant. In September 2017, Tap the Craft Podcast participated in The Merry Hopsters Bus Tour - Return 2 the Hop Fields coordinated by Bittercreek Ale House and sponsored in part by Odell Brewing. The tour started in the Gooding Farms hop fields outside Parma and Wilder Idaho, then to the Gooding Farms hop processing plant and ending with a BBQ and live music from a few local independent musicians.
