Tap the Craft Podcast presents Cooking with Beer: Holiday Ale Cookies

In episode 166 we discussed a number of holiday recipes that use beer as a key ingredient. Denny decides to try out the Holiday Ale Cookie recipe and does a step-by-step video showing the process and adding his insight. These cookies are very tasty, with Christmas flavors of nutmeg, allspice, clove and orange peel. They are not overly sweet, nor are they too dry. Frost them if you want, but not necessary. The recipe can be found at https://www.craftbeer.com/recipes/holiday-ale-cut-cookies

Beer Used:

St Bernardus Christmas Ale, a Belgian Abbey Ale at 10% ABV
