Episode 1 - In the Beginning

In the inaugural episode of Tap the Craft the listener is introduced to a sample of the content being delivered every two weeks along with a little background on the man behind the mic.  Key topics in this episode include a beer review of Cavatica Stout by Fort George Brewing, we define the style American Stout, break down what it means to describe the body of a beer, recommend another more advanced craft beer podcast called 4 Brewers (fourbrewers.com), give you the ins and outs of the social beer drinking application known as Untappd and provide a bit of insight into a number of craft beers I tried recently and have on deck.
